Practice 02 — Meta Performance Marketing

Campaigns that convert.

A Meta-specialised studio. We build the creative, run the media, and measure the only thing that matters — what a customer is worth after they convert.

01 — What we do

Profit is the metric. Leads are just the receipt.

Our goal is to generate a genuinely profitable service through Meta advertising. If we're gathering leads through phone calls or lead forms, we don't just want to tell you how many leads we delivered. We want to know the conversions — whether it turned into a quoted job, or a gym membership, and how long that member stays.

If members can be signed up at $10 each and the first week of membership is $30 or $40, then depending on the ad spend that sets our pricing, you may be profitable in the first week — or that first week may effectively be free. With gyms, that's exactly what we aim for: every member profitable in their first week of signing up. That is very hard to achieve in any other form of marketing, and it is what we do best.

Every niche is different. In construction, the lead cost is higher, because the audience for something like a bathroom renovation is small and specific — expect roughly $50 to $150 per lead. But the projects we're chasing are $2,000 and up, so the maths stays strongly profitable.

In-house production and video editing are available. If you'd rather use your own team or a third party, read the creative blueprint — the psychology Jack uses to build image and video ads on Meta, and the reason our management has performed over the last year.

03 — The process

Four steps from first call to first month.

01

Onboarding call

We work out what the business actually sells, what a customer is worth, and whether Meta is the right lever at all.

02

Onboarding questionnaire

You're sent our intake form. It gives us the detail we need — and usually gets you thinking about things you hadn't yet.

03

Package + campaign structure

We recommend a package and give you an analysed campaign structure: objectives, audiences, creative plan, tracking.

04

Month one — prove it

You're locked in for the first month's management and then ongoing. That first month exists for one reason: to prove what we can do.

04 — Management packages

Three ways to work together.

Pricing is customised to suit each company's needs. Your ad spend budget shapes it: more spend means more creatives in rotation and more management, because more spend puts more eyes on the creative, which means it has to be checked and refreshed far more often. That extra attention is usually what lifts ROAS. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and sits outside management fees.
